Who you're hiring

Why should you trust me?

Google did.

I didn't learn SEO from a blog. I worked with Google directly. They featured me on their Google Activate program all over Europe. If Google trusted me to represent them, you can trust me to rank you on them.

Don't take my word for it

Problems I solve every day

Sound familiar?

“My website looks like it was built 10 years ago”

An outdated website tells customers your business might be outdated too. But redesigning the wrong way can make things worse. Here's how I do it right:

  • First, figure out what's actually working on your current site so we don't lose it
  • Design a modern site that reflects how your business looks and operates today
  • Make sure every page that currently ranks on Google keeps its ranking after the switch
  • Launch with measurable goals so you can prove the new site performs better

“I'm afraid a redesign will kill my Google traffic”

That fear is justified. Plenty of businesses have lost their rankings after a careless redesign. But it's completely avoidable with the right approach:

  • Map every page that currently brings you traffic and make sure it has a home in the new site
  • Set up redirects so every old link points to the right new page
  • Preserve the content and structure that Google already rewards
  • Monitor rankings closely after launch and fix any drops immediately

“My current developer is gone and I can't even update my own site”

Being locked out of your own website is incredibly frustrating. Here's how I'll make sure that never happens again:

  • Build your new site on a platform you can actually manage yourself
  • Train you on making basic updates: text changes, new photos, blog posts
  • Give you full ownership of every account: hosting, domain, analytics, everything
  • Provide 90 days of support after launch so you're never stuck

Your site, your rules

I build on whatever platform makes sense for your business

WordPress, Shopify, custom JavaScript, headless CMS, static sites: the right choice depends on what your business actually needs, not what your developer prefers to build.

Need an online store? Shopify or WooCommerce. Content-heavy site that needs to rank? WordPress or Astro. Complex web app? React or Next.js. I'll recommend the platform that fits your budget, your team's comfort level, and your growth plans.

You should never feel locked into a platform because your developer only knows one.

Before you hire anyone

Website redesign red flags

A redesign should improve what you have, not destroy it. Too many businesses lose their existing Google traffic, break their contact forms, and end up with a prettier website that actually performs worse. Before you hire someone for a redesign, check for these:

They want to throw everything away and start fresh

Your current site has data: which pages bring you visitors, which ones get people to call, which ones Google already ranks. A designer who wants to scrap it all is ignoring evidence that should drive every decision in your new site.

They don't look at what's already working

Before changing anything, ask: "Which pages on my current site bring in the most business?" If your designer hasn't looked at your analytics before proposing changes, they're redesigning based on their taste, not your results.

They never mention your Google rankings

If your current site ranks well for certain searches, a redesign can destroy that overnight. Ask: "How will you make sure I don't lose the Google traffic I already have?" If they look surprised by the question, they've never thought about it.

Ask: "What happens to all my old page links?"

Every link anyone has ever shared to your website, every bookmark, every Google result: these all point to your current pages. If those links lead to dead ends after the redesign, you lose all of that traffic. A good redesigner has a plan for this.

They don't have a plan for your existing content

Your blog posts, case studies, and landing pages have been quietly working for you. If there's no plan for what content moves to the new site, what gets combined, and what gets removed, you'll lose pages that were bringing you leads without realizing it.

They never ask how your current site converts

If they haven't looked at how many people fill out your contact form, how many bounce, or where visitors drop off, how do they know the new design will do better? "It'll look more modern" is not a reason to redesign.

They focus on looks, not speed

Your old website might be ugly, but if it loads in 2 seconds and the new one takes 6, you've traded a cosmetic upgrade for lost customers. Ask: "Will my new site load faster than my current one?" If they can't commit to that, be careful.

They won't agree to measurable goals

"A modern-looking website" is not a success metric. Before the redesign starts, agree on specifics: How fast should it load? How many leads should it generate? If they resist putting numbers on paper, they can't be held accountable when it underperforms.

Simply works for your small business

Small Business Website Redesigns That Protect What Works

I audit your current site, preserve your search rankings, and rebuild everything faster, cleaner, and designed to convert.

Audit before touching anything

Nothing valuable gets lost in the transition

Some pages drive traffic and leads. Others are dead weight. I figure out which is which before I touch a single line of code.

Protect your rankings

Your Google rankings survive the redesign

Most redesigns destroy SEO because nobody maps old URLs to new ones. I create a complete redirect map so every page that ranks today points to the right page tomorrow.

Make it blazing fast

Target 96+ PageSpeed, faster than competitors

If your current site scores 40 on PageSpeed, visitors feel it. I build with modern techniques that target 96+ scores. The speed difference is immediate.

Phone-first rebuild

Looks and works perfectly on every device

Over 60% of your visitors are on mobile. If your current site was designed for desktop and 'made responsive' as an afterthought, mobile users are struggling.

Watch it for 30 days

I catch issues before they cost you customers

The first 30 days after a redesign are critical. I monitor analytics, rankings, forms, and speed daily. If something dips, I fix it.

Train you on everything

You know how to manage your own website

I walk you through how to update content, add pages, and check analytics. The session is recorded so you can reference it later.

Triple guarantee

Performance, ownership, and rankings locked in

Your site loads in under 3 seconds or I keep optimizing until it does. You own everything (code, design, content, domain). Your SEO equity is preserved through the transition. Three guarantees, no excuses.

Common questions

Redesign FAQs

Quick answers to help you decide.

Not if it's done correctly. SEO preservation is built into every redesign I do. Before anything changes, I audit every URL on your current site, map all redirects, and identify the pages driving your organic traffic. After launch, I monitor rankings daily for the first 30 days. Most clients see rankings hold steady or improve because the new site is faster and better structured.

A 301 redirect tells Google that a page has permanently moved from the old URL to a new one. It transfers the ranking power from the old page to the new page. I create a full redirect map before launch so every old URL points to the right new URL. Skipping this step is the number one reason businesses lose organic traffic after a redesign.

Typically 4 to 8 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the site. A 10-page brochure site redesign is faster than a 200-page site with custom functionality. I'll give you a specific timeline after reviewing your current site. The biggest variable is usually content. If you need new copy written, that adds time.

Each redesign is scoped based on the number of pages, features, content needs, and technical complexity. A straightforward brochure site redesign costs less than rebuilding a large site with custom integrations. Book a call and I'll review your current site and give you an honest quote.

I audit all your existing content before the redesign starts. Pages that perform well get migrated and improved. Pages that do nothing get consolidated or removed. If your current copy needs rewriting, I include that in the project scope. Nothing gets deleted without your approval, and every decision has a clear reason behind it.

If your site is slow, hard to navigate on phones, not generating leads, or built on outdated technology that limits what you can do, a redesign usually makes more sense than patching problems. Small updates work when the foundation is solid but the content or design feels dated. I'll tell you honestly which approach makes sense for your situation.
