Younger Me MD is a regenerative medicine practice in South Florida offering hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and advanced treatments. Their old website looked generic, broke on mobile, and generated almost no organic traffic. In collaboration with eSEO Space, I redesigned the entire site with a premium visual identity, structured content for SEO and AI visibility, and multiple conversion paths. The result: 563 organic keywords (up 113%), 20 terms at the #1 position including a 9,900-volume keyword, 1,350% traffic growth, and 27 pages cited across ChatGPT, Google AI, and Gemini.


Younger Me MD is a regenerative medicine practice in South Florida that combines hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and advanced treatments with real clinical expertise. Founded by Dr. Bashar Kenney, they attract patients who want results backed by medical science, not just another Botox appointment.

Their old website wasn’t doing them justice. It looked dated, felt generic, and didn’t communicate why someone should choose them over the dozens of wellness clinics popping up across Miami. We partnered with ESEO SPACE to handle the redesign.

Problems With Their Previous Website

The visual identity didn’t match the medical expertise

Their old site looked like a basic WordPress template. Nothing about it communicated the level of training, certification, or clinical depth that sets them apart from wellness influencers offering the same treatments.

The service structure was confusing

They offer everything from hormone replacement therapy to peptide protocols to IV therapy. But the site didn’t help people understand what they actually needed or how these treatments worked together. Visitors got lost before they ever reached out.

Mobile experience was broken

Most people searching for wellness services are on their phones. The old site wasn’t just un-optimized. It was functionally difficult to use on mobile. Forms didn’t work properly. Images didn’t scale. People were bouncing before they could book.

Lead generation wasn’t working

They had a generic contact form buried at the bottom of the page. No clear path to booking. No sense of urgency. No differentiation between someone ready to schedule and someone just browsing. They were leaving conversions on the table.

SEO was non-existent

Nobody was finding them organically. Their content didn’t target the right keywords, and their technical SEO was a mess. For a practice in a competitive market like South Florida, that’s a problem.

No clear patient journey

Visitors landed on the homepage with no idea what to do next. Should they book a consultation? Read about treatments first? Take a quiz? The site didn’t guide them through a decision process. People who were ready to move forward had nowhere to go, and people who needed education got overwhelmed with options.


What We Built

We started with research. Not just into Younger Me MD’s services, but into how people actually search for regenerative medicine. What questions do they ask? What do they type into Google at 11 PM when they’re frustrated with their energy levels? What makes them trust one provider over another? That research shaped everything.

A Visual Identity That Feels Premium

We designed a site that looks like a medical breakthrough. Deep greens with pops of lime. Strategic white space. Lifestyle imagery showing real people feeling better, not stock photos of models in lab coats.

We restructured the site around how patients think. The homepage immediately answers: “What do you do, and is it for me?”

Clear pathways based on goals: hormone therapy, peptide protocols, regenerative treatments, weight management. Each service page explains what the treatment is, who it’s for, and what results look like.

Content That Educates and Converts

Every service page starts with the problem, then explains the solution. We pulled in specific patient outcomes: energy improvements, body composition changes, recovery timelines.

For their Local SEO, we researched what people were looking for and optimized for “hormone replacement therapy South Florida,” “peptide therapy Miami,” and “regenerative medicine Fort Lauderdale.” Also added a resources section answering common questions.

Mobile-First Experience

Fast, responsive, functional. Forms are simple. CTAs are thumb-friendly. The booking process takes three taps.

Lead Generation Built Into the Flow

We built multiple conversion paths:

  • Quick form for people ready to book
  • Newsletter signup for those who want to learn more
  • Chatbot that qualifies leads

And now social proof is woven throughout, not buried on a separate page.


What Actually Works

Clarity wins over cleverness

We didn’t try to be poetic about hormones. We explained what they do, why they matter, and how Younger Me MD optimizes them. That directness builds trust faster than any creative copy ever could.

Design communicates credibility

In regenerative medicine, aesthetics matter. A beautiful, thoughtfully designed site signals that this practice cares about details, and that translates to how they approach patient care. Whether you’re selling medical services or handmade furniture, your website sets expectations for everything that follows.

Multiple conversion paths capture more leads

Not everyone’s ready to book on their first visit. Giving people options (quick forms, detailed inquiries, educational content) keeps them engaged and brings them back when they’re ready. This principle applies across industries: meet people where they are, not where you wish they were.

Mobile optimization isn’t optional

Most wellness searches happen on phones. If your site doesn’t work perfectly on mobile, you’re losing half your potential patients before they even learn what you offer. And that’s true whether you’re in healthcare, professional services, or e-commerce.


The Results

The Younger Me MD team has been in the regenerative medicine space long enough to know what works, and they immediately recognized this site as different. The site now reflects the quality of their work.

The new lead capture system creates clear paths for visitors at every stage. The appointment scheduler is getting consistent use, which means more qualified leads coming through. Mobile visitors can book directly from their phones without friction.

And from an SEO perspective, they’re positioned to rank for competitive local terms they weren’t touching before. The content structure and technical improvements give them a foundation to build organic visibility as Google indexes the new site.


Update: The Numbers Keep Climbing

As of February 2026, the site we built is ranking in Google and getting cited by AI platforms.

Organic Search Performance

  • 563 organic keywords ranking in Google (up 113% and still climbing)
  • 20 keywords in the #1 position, including “mots-c” (9,900 monthly searches), “mots c peptide” (8,100), and “digestive enzyme” (4,400)
  • 58 monthly organic visits (up 1,350% from near-zero)
  • $57 equivalent traffic cost, meaning Google would charge that much for the same clicks through ads

The keyword growth chart tells the real story. The site went from roughly 200 total keyword positions in late January to over 560 by late February. Still climbing.

AI Search Is Already Citing Them

The SEO foundation we built did something else: it gave AI tools the structured content they need to recommend the practice.

  • AI Visibility score of 15 across all major AI platforms
  • 5 direct mentions in AI-generated answers (3 in Google AI Overview, 2 in Google AI Mode)
  • 27 pages cited in AI responses (11 by ChatGPT, 12 by Google AI Mode, 5 by AI Overview, 3 by Gemini)

When someone in Miami asks an AI tool for a regenerative medicine clinic, Younger Me MD is in the answer. Not on a search results page. In the actual recommendation that AI delivers as a direct answer.

Most regenerative medicine clinics in South Florida have zero AI visibility. Younger Me MD is being recommended across four different AI platforms while competitors are invisible to all of them.
